“My first creation without reference to a crease pattern!”
~ beamybeam

I started learning to fold tessellations in 2021 for my exhibition in SG. I always need to reference to a CP (crease pattern) to fold something out. Its a great feeling to see the outcome but a suppressed feeling not being able to design and produce my own design for folding. Origami at this level is not easy for me to understand to know how to design until today. The experts at MIT know much better. The book: “Six simple twists”, 2nd edition by Benjamin DiLeonardo-Parker that I referenced to taught me how to fold the light pink and brown color flowers from the left. I managed to tweak into the next 2 pictures on the right which were the Seed of Life and Flower of Life. This is a great personal achievement for myself in 2023! 😀
